My Philosophy

I believe yoga is for everyone, whether you’re seeking physical strength, mental clarity, or simply a moment to breathe.

My teaching style is approachable and fun - I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow.

For me yoga isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up for yourself, embracing your journey, and finding joy in the practice.

My Classes

My classes vary with the seasons. I enjoy teaching outdoors, especially within the sound of the sea. In the summer, you will find me teaching, more often than not, on the beach or on a paddle board. In the winter, I work in lovely peaceful studios where we can still see the sunset and feel connected with the earth

Each of my global retreats are different depending on whether you are looking for adventure or tranquility. Either way, you’ll be immersed in a vibrant cultural experience of the countries we visit.

I can also offer one to one sessions as well as lunch time sessions for corporate teams.

I often work with different instructors and wellbeing specialists at a variety of venues to bring you retreats, workshops and regular weekly classes.

All of my classes are productive, inclusive and fun. I help you make time for yourself without taking it too seriously.
